Shipping Errors / Defective Product

Enclosures found to be defective or shipments in error, will be repaired or replaced at no expense (freight included) to the customer.

Returns / Exchanges

Enclosures must be returned in new condition.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customer should arrange for pre-paid return delivery.
20% restocking charges apply.
Custom product sales are final.
Enclosures modified by customers may not be returned.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed upon receiving returned merchandise.
Unless authorized, standard products cannot be returned for credit after 90 days.
