Outdoor Equipment Cabinet
This environmentally controlled outdoor enclosure is ideal for any outdoor RF application or microwave backhaul. The design offers many of the advantages of a full sized equipment shelter but one based upon a remarkably small footprint.
The enclosure is very technician friendly with laptop trays on both doors and easy authorized access to the work space inside. Waveguide/coax entry ports located on the side of the outdoor enclosure and the equipment rack is adjustable front to back for added flexibility.
This enclosure is built to Bell Core GR-487 specs.

- A 4000 BTU A/C unit with 1000 watt heat strip combined with internal insulation to provide optimal environmental for sensitive equipment.
- 100 Amp load center – Compact DC Power System – 60 amps (2, 30 Amp rectifiers)
- Battery – 60 A/H (2nd string optional, 90 A/H optional)
- Waveguide/coax ports on the side of the cabinet
- Temperature controlled exhaust fan for battery compartment/supplied with air filters
- Automatic lighting – comes on when door(s) opens
- 66 Block and house keeping alarm assembly
- 2 Ground bars (one inside mounted on equipment rack and one outside for waveguide/coax)
- 19” or 23” Equipment rack
- Top mounted thermal heat shield for added protection against the sun
- Stainless steel lifting eyes and mounting feet
- Constructed out of powder coat painted .125 aluminum
- 36 RU of rack space allows for future growth without adding enclosures to your site
